Incentivizing Patient Outcomes and Reinspiring Caregivers

Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurements (PROMs) enable caregivers to compare and improve patient health gains through data-driven communities of practice. This collective dynamic of continuous improvement inspires healthcare professionals, helping them focus on the appropriateness of care and redesigning patient pathways. Implementing PROMs successfully requires standardization, digitalization, inter- operability, patient case-mix and data audits. Beyond routine care, PROMs are opening a new generation of clinical studies and hospital procurement models.
To address these challenges, the Chair of Value in Health at the University of Paris Cité Medical School is organizing the third international conference as part of its University Diploma in Value-Based Health Care and its research activities on PROMs. During this outstanding event, we invite you to join world-class leaders from public and private organizations to discuss use cases on the impact of patient outcomes on transforming healthcare systems.
